Thermal Build specialise in all works involving Planning Permission and Building Control, all the stuff customers don't want to deal with. From the start we design, advise and help create the build you desire to get the most out of your future build. We do all the planning applications, building control applications and we also ensure all the building control site inspections go as smoothly as possible. As a business we have members of staff who have certificates in Building Control and we are also associate members of CABE (The chartered association of engineers). So when an inspector from the council or a private building control company do your inspection you have the peace of mind that your works will comply and meet the regulations required by BC. Thermal Build are now open in Yorkshire. We also do all aspects of A rated windows and doors, Conservatories, Porches, Wall coatings and all aspects of roofing.
